Prenatal Visits

Before your birth, we’ll meet for a dedicated prenatal visit to get to know each other and talk through your hopes and preferences for labor. We'll discuss and practice comfort measures, what to pack for the labor, any questions you have, and I'll provide helpful recourses as you approach the big day!

Birth Plan Building

We'll review different options you'll have during labor, delivery, and postpartum. We'll discuss what your wishes are and build a birth plan to share with your nurses and provider so you can labor feeling confident that everyone is on the same page.

Virtual Support

Ongoing support throughout your pregnancy with unlimited phone, text, or email communication. Whether you have questions, need reassurance, or just want to talk something through, I’m here for you every step of the way.

Labor Support

Postpartum Support

During labor, I provide continuous emotional and physical support. My goal is to help you feel grounded and safe throughout your labor. Whether you're laboring at home, a birthing center, or in a hospital, I offer comfort techniques like counter-pressure, breathing guidance, and position suggestions to encourage progress and ease discomfort. I also help create a calm, supportive environment, and work alongside your partner and care team to ensure you feel heard and supported every step of the way. My goal is to walk with you through labor with steady, compassionate presence—no matter how your birth unfolds.

During the postpartum period, I provide nurturing, non-judgmental support during the tender weeks after birth. My role is to help ease your transition into life with a newborn—offering guidance with infant care, emotional support, and help around the home so you can rest and recover. Whether it's preparing a meal, helping with babywearing or feeding, or simply being a calm presence to talk things through, I’m here to support you as you find your rhythm and confidence in this new chapter.

Labor Package

$1,200.00

I believe one of the most important parts of my role as your doula is building a genuine relationship with you and your family. Feeling comfortable, supported, and at ease with your doula creates the foundation for a positive birth experience. Throughout your pregnancy, we'll stay connected through texts, phone calls, and in-person meetings so that by the time labor begins, you'll have a familiar, trusted face by your side.
