All About Me
If you've found yourself on this page, you've probably read all about what brought me into this work, what my mission is, and why I love what I do. So, here, I'll tell you a little about who I am outside of my work!
My partner, Leah, and I live in Clayton, North Carolina with our three dogs - Ezra, a goofy and energetic Australian Shepherd Mix, Stella, the cuddliest Chihuahua mix, and Luna, our sweet and spunky Jack Russel. They are the center of our world!
I was born and raised in North Carolina and feel so lucky to be able to call this my home, however, I love to get away and explore new states any chance I get. I especially love being near water—whether it’s a creek, river, lake, or the ocean, that’s where I feel most at peace and grounded. There's no place you'll find me happier than on the beach.
One of my favorite hobbies is thrifting! There's just something about finding that perfect piece for your wardrobe—it feels like treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find and I love giving pre-loved items a new life. My favorite way to relax and recharge is curling up with good book or a TV series that I can get lost in. I love a cozy night in with the pups!
Outside of this work, I also run a dog sitting business called Happy Hounds! My love for animals has always run deep and it's such a joy to have the opportunity to spend time with family's beloved pets.
